What if There's Not Enough Storage Space?

If your device is running low on storage, there are a few quick ways to free up space. Start by deleting any apps, files, or media you no longer use. Next, move photos and videos to a free cloud service like Google Drive or Dropbox, then remove them from your device. You can also clear app cache by going to Settings > Apps > [App] > Clear Cache. Lastly, consider tools like Google Photos to compress or utilize your media, creating even more space for what really matters.

Removing Your Personal Data from Cyber Dive’s System

If you’d like to remove your personal monitoring data from your account, it’s easy to do. Just log into your Parent Dashboard, head to your settings page, and click on Update Profile next to your profile photo. At the bottom of the page, you’ll see the option to Delete Account. After selecting it, you’ll be asked to confirm the deletion of your data—keep in mind this action is permanent and cannot be undone. Any shared Parent Dashboards will also be disabled. You’ll then receive a verification code on your phone. Once you enter the code, your request will be processed, and your data will be permanently removed after 30 days from our company.
