Yes! When purchasing your Aqua One, you can choose Afterpay or Klarna at checkout to split your purchase into installments, or pay in full with a credit or debit card.
Checkout is quick and secure, and gives you the freedom to pay in a way that works best for you. If you select Afterpay or Klarna, your payment schedule and amounts will be clearly shown before you complete your order. All installment payments are managed directly by the provider you choose.
There are no subscriptions, no recurring charges from us, and no hidden fees. Any payment terms or fees are set and disclosed by Afterpay or Klarna.
What to Do if You Believe You Were Charged Twice for an Aqua One Order

If you paid with a credit or debit card and believe you were charged twice, please reach out to our support team through the Cyber Dive Parent Dashboard app or email us at [email protected]. We will review the transaction and issue a refund if applicable.
If you used Afterpay or Klarna, we recommend first checking your provider account, as installment charges may appear as separate transactions. If something still does not look right, contact your payment provider first to see if they can locate the issue first.
How to Change Your Payment Method for an Aqua One Purchase
If you chose Afterpay or Klarna, all payment method updates must be made directly through your Afterpay or Klarna account. You can log in to your provider’s app or website to update your card, manage payments, or make early payments according to their terms.
Cyber Dive does not manage installment payment methods and does not have access to update them on your behalf.

Is the Aqua One Covered by Google’s Warranty?
Cyber Dive operates independently from Google services, meaning it is not covered by Google’s warranty. While the Aqua One device is built on the reliable Google Pixel platform with access to Google Play and other features, we offer our own dedicated support and warranty services to keep your device safe and sound. Our warranty coverage includes support availability through our Customer Care team, so you always have help when you need it. This ensures your device is protected with quick and reliable solutions made just for Aqua One users.
Cyber Dive’s Warranty Policy for Aqua One
Our Lifetime Warranty protects your Aqua One and helps keep it working like it should. We’ll fix or replace your phone if there are problems with the speaker, microphone, software, or if the phone arrives damaged. We also cover cracked screens, weak batteries, and forgotten passwords. Just cover shipping to us—we’ll handle repairs and shipping the phone back to you. If the phone is lost or stolen, contact Customer Care within 7 days with a police report, and we’ll help from there.
The warranty doesn’t cover damage caused on purpose, phones that were changed or modified, issues with Google Play or small scratches that don’t affect how the phone works. Aqua One devices purchased through resale are not covered. If you’re unsure whether an issue is covered, reach out and we’ll help you decide what steps to take. Make sure to back up your child’s phone often. If it gets reset and isn't backed up, the data may be lost. Even the little things matter when it comes to protecting your child’s device and data.
