How to Set Up Your Child’s Aqua One Device in Minutes!
Getting your child’s Aqua One device up and running is super easy and will help you feel connected and secure as they explore the digital world. Follow the video guide below to set it up, and you’ll have it ready in no time!
Step 1: Setting Up the Aqua One Device
Power On your Aqua One
Insert the SIM Card – Slide the SIM card into the slot if you’re using one.
Connect to WiFi – Select a strong WiFi network to get the device online.
Sign In to Google – Log in with your child’s Google account for seamless access.
Complete the Onscreen Prompts – Follow any remaining prompts to finish the initial setup.
Once the setup completes, a special code will pop up on the Aqua One screen. That’s your cue to connect it to your head to your Parent Dashboard!
Step 2: Parents, you can now head to your own mobile device!
Go to your Cyber Dive App – Open app.cyberdive.co on your mobile browser or download our 'Cyber Dive Parent Dashboard' app available in the Google Play Store or App Store.
Log In – Use the email you want associated with your Parent Dashboard.
Enter the Confirmation Code – Check your email or phone for a code to confirm your login.
Link the Aqua One Device – Enter the unique code that’s displayed on your child’s Aqua One to link the device to your Parent Dashboard.
And You’re Done!
That’s it! You’re all set up. The Aqua One is now connected and ready to provide a secure, transparent digital experience for your child, and you’ll have peace of mind knowing you’re in the loop.
Important Note: If you encounter an issue during onboarding where Google Family Link keeps redirecting you to its original page, please restart the phone and try the setup process again from the beginning.
