Getting Started with the Parent Dashboard

How Do I Access and Log In to My Parent Dashboard?

To access your Parent Dashboard, head to app.cyberdive.co in your phone's browser or download the Parent Dashboard app from the Google Play Store. Just search for “Cyber Dive Parent Dashboard” in the App Store.

If you’re new, you can create an account by tapping sign up and entering your email to create your account. Follow the steps displayed on the phone to finish setup and connect your Aqua One to your Parent Dashboard. If you already have an account, tap log in and enter your email or phone number used during sign up. This gives you instant access to your Parent Dashboard and your child’s search history and app usage.

Can I Use the Dashboard Across Multiple Devices?

Yes, you can access your Parent Dashboard across multiple devices. Just open your browser or download the Cyber Dive app on any Android or iPhone. After you log in using your phone number or email, a confirmation code will be sent. Enter the code to get access to your account and monitor your child from any device.

Will My Child Know Their Phone Is Being Monitored?

No, your child won’t know unless you disclose it. Our Cyber Dive monitoring tools work quietly in the background of your child’s Aqua One. You get to see what they do online while keeping them feeling trusted and safe. The only difference your child will notice is if a Nudity Prevention alert is triggered, which will lock their phone until you choose to unlock it."

Staying Connected Across Devices and Households

Can I Monitor My Child’s Aqua One from My Computer or Tablet?

Right now, our Parent Dashboard isn’t compatible with computers or tablets. But you can still stay connected from any mobile device. Open your browser or use the app to check on your child from anywhere. It’s quick, simple, and gives full access to all the key features you need.

Does Aqua One Work Effectively with Co-Parents and Dual Households?

Yes! Aqua One works for all family types no matter the distance. The Aqua One is compatible for families who live in different homes or even across the country. Both parents can share their Parent Dashboard and view all their child’s online activity in real time on both devices. This helps everyone stay on the same page and makes co-parenting easier—whether you’re on Android devices or iPhones.

Can Aqua One Track Activity Offline or Without Internet Connection?

Aqua One requires a strong signal and the internet to track your child’s activity. The connection between your dashboard and child’s Aqua One will be interrupted until they are on a stable network. To keep things running, make sure your child’s phone is connected to WiFi or mobile data.

Managing Screen Time and App Controls in Aqua One

Can I use Screen Time Limits and Block Usage During Certain Hours?

Yes, you can limit screen time using compatible parental controls apps available in Google Play Store. The Aqua One itself doesn’t enforce screen-time limits or block access to sites, so parents can set what works best for their family with third-party apps.

You can also use Google Family Link to help you set screen time limits, apps, and block specific websites. It’s free and is compatible with the Aqua One for a filtered browsing experience.

How Do I Control What Apps and Websites My Child Can Access?

Aqua One doesn’t come with built-in parental controls or web browsing filters. But you can still adjust your child’s access using Google Family Link (image reflected below) or other parental control tools based on your child’s age. You can decide what other apps, websites, and features your child can use and when through third-party apps.

Monitoring Online Activity and Social Media Use

How Does Aqua One Monitor Online Activity and App Usage?

Your Parent Dashboard account gives you full access to your child’s Aqua One and all of their online activity. You can see what apps they use, web videos, what they’ve downloaded, and which ones they delete. This includes social media, games, and messages. It’s a great way to monitor their tech habits and open up the conversation for navigating the digital world.

What If My Child Uses Multiple Accounts or Deletes Activity?

Even if your child has more than one social media account or deletes any activity, you’ll still see it in your Parent Dashboard. It tracks deleted text messages, removed apps, and other changes so parents don’t miss anything.

Can Aqua One Monitor Private Browsing or Incognito Mode?

Yes, Aqua One can still track private or incognito browsing. No matter which browser your child uses, you’ll be able to see that activity in your Parent Dashboard. This includes searches, websites visited, and browsing history even if they try to hide it using private mode. Aqua One’s monitoring tools stay active across all major browsers to give you a full view of your child’s online activity. You can check this information anytime from your Parent Dashboard to help keep your child safe and informed with our one of a kind technology.

Sharing and Managing Dashboard Access

How Do I Share My Aqua One Dashboard? What Can Others See?

To share your Parent Dashboard, head to your Settings page and tap ‘Shared Dashboard’. Follow the prompts on screen to send a Shared Dashboard link to the user's email. After the user clicks the link and creates their own account, they will have their own access to view videos and app activity. Something to note is that only the primary parent can edit account settings, update the child profile, and receive Nudity Prevention notifications/unlock the phone.

How Many Users Can I Share the Dashboard With? How Do I Remove Them?

You can share your dashboard with up to five people. If you want to remove someone’s access, go to your settings page and take away their access anytime in your Shared Dashboard area.
