How do I connect or add a second Aqua One phone to my parent dashboard?

Welcome back to the Aqua One family! It’s exciting to see you setting up your second Aqua One device. Follow these steps to get started:

Step 1: Power On Your Aqua One

Press and hold the power button until the screen lights up. Your Aqua One is ready to guide you through the setup process!

Step 2: Connect to WiFi

Select a strong and stable WiFi network to bring your Aqua One online. This connection is essential for a smooth setup.

Step 3: Insert the SIM Card (Optional)

If you’re using a SIM card, locate the SIM slot and slide the card in gently. This step ensures connectivity for calls and texts if needed.

Step 4: Sign In to Google

Log in using your child’s Google account. This step is crucial for syncing apps and services seamlessly.

Step 5: Complete the Onscreen Prompts

Follow the remaining prompts displayed on the screen. These steps will finalize the initial setup process.

Step 6: Get Your Connection Code

Once the setup is complete, a unique 5-digit code will appear on the Aqua One screen. This code is your key to linking the device to your Parent Dashboard.

Step 7: Link to Your Parent Dashboard

Parents, it's your turn now to grab your personal device! Head to your Parent Dashboard using your existing account credentials. Navigate to the Settings page. Select 'Connect New Device' under the Account Management section. Enter the 5-digit code displayed on your child’s Aqua One.
