Before you begin, make sure to follow these steps to backup your kid's Aqua One!
Head to your Parent Dashboard
Go to SETTINGS (tap the menu in the upper left-hand corner)
Tap ‘Manage Devices’
Tap CONNECT REPLACEMENT and follow the on-screen instructions
Enter the 5 digit code that is shown on your Aqua One replacement device
You will know the Aqua One was connected when you see the success screen!
Note: Please allow up to 30 minutes for the replacement process to go through. Make sure you are connected to a strong wifi and plugged into a power source before beginning this process.
