How do I connect my replacement Aqua One?

How do I set up and activate a replacement Aqua One phone?

Before you begin, make sure to follow these steps to backup your kid's Aqua One!

  1. Head to your Parent Dashboard

  2. Go to SETTINGS (tap the menu in the upper left-hand corner)

  3. Tap ‘Manage Devices’

  4. Tap CONNECT REPLACEMENT and follow the on-screen instructions

  5. Enter the 5 digit code that is shown on your Aqua One replacement device

You will know the Aqua One was connected when you see the success screen!

Note: Please allow up to 30 minutes for the replacement process to go through. Make sure you are connected to a strong wifi and plugged into a power source before beginning this process.
