How do I set up my account if I got Aqua One as a gift?

Important Note Before Starting Setup:

If this is a previously used Aqua One device, make sure it’s fully reset before following the steps below.

If you need assistance with resetting the device, visit your Parent Dashboard at app.cyberdive.co on your mobile browser and reach out to one of our Customer Care agents. Just click the chat bubble on the page to connect with us!

On Your Child’s Aqua One Device:

  1. Turn on the phone.

  2. Insert the SIM card (if applicable).

  3. Connect to WiFi.

  4. Log in to your child’s personal Google account on the Aqua One.

  5. Follow the onscreen prompts to complete the setup.

  6. Once setup is complete, a code will appear on the Aqua One screen—you're almost ready!

On Your Personal Mobile Device:

  1. Visit app.cyberdive.co on your phone.

  2. Sign up with the email you would like to use for your Parent Dashboard.

  3. Enter the code displayed on your child’s Aqua One to link the device.

You're all set! The Aqua One is now connected and ready to provide a transparent, secure digital experience.
