If you wish to delete your personal data and account, follow these steps:
1. Delete Account
Log in to your Parent Dashboard and navigate to Settings.
Tap on Update Profile.
Scroll to the bottom of the page, where you’ll see the option Delete Account highlighted in red.
2. Complete the Deletion Process
Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your decision and complete the process.
3. What Happens After Deletion?
All your personal data and Parent Dashboard data will be permanently deleted.
Your Aqua One device will be deactivated and will function as a normal phone without our monitoring software.
If you change your mind later, you can set it up our monitoring services anytime with these instructions.
*Important: Only the primary parent can delete a child's data.
