How can I permanently delete my data from the Cyber Dive Parent Dashboard?

If you wish to delete your personal data and account, follow these steps:

1. Delete Account

  • Log in to your Parent Dashboard and navigate to Settings.

  • Tap on Update Profile.

  • Scroll to the bottom of the page, where you’ll see the option Delete Account highlighted in red.

2. Complete the Deletion Process

  • Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your decision and complete the process.

3. What Happens After Deletion?

  • All your personal data and Parent Dashboard data will be permanently deleted.

  • Your Aqua One device will be deactivated and will function as a normal phone without our monitoring software.

If you change your mind later, you can set it up our monitoring services anytime with these instructions.

*Important: Only the primary parent can delete a child's data.
