Factory Reset a Pre-Owned Aqua One

If you've purchased a pre-owned Aqua One that wasn't factory reset by its previous owner, you'll need assistance from our Customer Care team to complete the reset. This is because the Aqua One's monitoring software is integrated at the system level and requires our team's involvement to properly reset and reassign the device.

Why can't I reset it myself?

Unlike a standard Android phone, the Aqua One's operating system includes monitoring software that persists through standard user-initiated factory resets. To fully clear a previous owner's data and prepare the device for a new account, the reset must be performed with support from Cyber Dive's team.

How to get help

  1. Visit app.cyberdive.co on your mobile browser.

  2. Click the "Need Help?" button or the chat bubble to start a conversation with one of our support agents.

  3. Let them know you have a pre-owned Aqua One that needs to be reset.

Our team will guide you through the steps and ensure the device is fully wiped and ready for your family to set up fresh.

Once the device is reset

After the reset is complete, follow our standard setup instructions to connect the Aqua One to your new Parent Dashboard account.
