If you've deactivated your Aqua One device and want to reinstall Cyber Dive's monitoring services, follow these steps:
1. Reset the Aqua One Device
On the Aqua One device, go to Settings > System > Reset Options > Erase all data (factory reset).
Confirm the reset process to return the device to its factory settings.
2. Reconnect to Your Parent Dashboard
Once the factory reset is complete and the Aqua One is set up, the 5-digit code will appear on the device screen.
Open your existing Parent Dashboard account at app.cyberdive.co or through the Cyber Dive app, log in, and enter the code to reconnect the device.
Your account settings and monitoring history will be right where you left them. If you need further guidance during setup, our support team is ready to assist!
What if I don't have an existing account?
If you're setting up monitoring for the first time or your previous account was deleted, you'll need to create a new Parent Dashboard account at app.cyberdive.co. Sign up with your email, enter the 5-digit code displayed on the Aqua One screen, and follow the onboarding steps to connect the device.
Do I need to contact support to reinstall?
