The Aqua One's Parent Dashboard is designed with co-parenting in mind. You can share access with your co-parent so that both of you stay equally informed about your child's online activity, regardless of which household your child is in.
How does the Shared Dashboard work for co-parents?
You can invite up to 5 trusted adults to access your Parent Dashboard as shared users. Each person can view your child's Online Activity Feed and App List in real time from their own phone, using either iOS or Android.
How do I share my dashboard with my co-parent?
Open your Parent Dashboard at app.cyberdive.co.
Go to Settings.
Tap Shared Dashboard.
Tap Send Invite and share the invite link with your co-parent via text, email, or any messaging app.
Your co-parent will follow the link to set up their access. Once connected, they'll see your child's activity in real time from their own device.
Does it matter what phone my co-parent uses?
No — the Parent Dashboard works on any iOS or Android device through the Cyber Dive app or a mobile browser, so both parents can stay connected regardless of what phone they use.
Can my co-parent change settings or deactivate monitoring?
No. Shared users have view-only access. Only the primary account holder can change settings, manage devices, or deactivate monitoring. This ensures that major decisions about monitoring remain in the hands of the parent who set up the account.
