If you would like to remove our monitoring features, follow these steps below!
Head to your Parent Dashboard and go to Settings.
Tap on Manage Devices and select the option to Deactivate Aqua One.
Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the deactivation process.
Once this is done, the Aqua One device will be reset to function as a normal device, and all monitoring services will be removed. If you would ever like to reactivate your Aqua One's monitoring features, you can follow these instructions!
