How Do I Deactivate my Account?

To deactivate your Cyber Dive account, open the Parent Dashboard, go to Settings > Manage Devices, and tap "Deactivate Aqua One" — monitoring stops and the device returns to normal.

If you'd like to remove Cyber Dive's monitoring features from your child's Aqua One, you can deactivate the device directly from your Parent Dashboard. Here's how.

Steps to deactivate your Aqua One

  1. Open your Parent Dashboard at app.cyberdive.co or through the Cyber Dive app.

  2. Go to Settings.

  3. Tap Manage Devices.

  4. Select Deactivate Aqua One.

  5. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm deactivation.

Once deactivation is complete, the Aqua One will be reset to function as a standard Android device. All monitoring services will be removed and the device will no longer appear in your Parent Dashboard.

Important things to know before deactivating

  • This action resets the device. Your child's apps, photos, messages, and other data stored locally on the phone will be erased during the deactivation process. Make sure to back up any important data to Google Drive beforehand via Settings > System > Backup.

  • Monitoring stops immediately. Once deactivated, you will no longer receive activity updates or Nudity Prevention alerts for that device.

  • You can reactivate monitoring. If you change your mind later, monitoring can be reinstalled by following our reinstallation guide.
