Currently, the Aqua One Parent Dashboard is optimized for mobile devices and is accessible through your smartphone browser or the Cyber Dive app. Full computer and tablet support is not yet available, but it is something our team is actively working on.
How to access the Parent Dashboard right now
Mobile browser: Open any browser on your iPhone or Android and go to app.cyberdive.co. Log in using your email or phone number, and you'll have full access to all monitoring features.
Cyber Dive app: Search for "Cyber Dive Parent Dashboard" in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and download the free app. The app gives you a streamlined, optimized experience for monitoring on the go.
What can I do from the Parent Dashboard?
From your mobile browser or app, you have access to everything the dashboard offers — including the Online Activity Feed, Instant Replay, your child's App List, Nudity Prevention alerts, and account settings. There's no feature loss compared to a desktop version.
When will desktop support be available?
Our team is working on expanding compatibility to computers and tablets. We'll announce this update through our app and help center as soon as it's available. In the meantime, the mobile experience is fully featured and designed to be easy to use on the go — whether you're at home, at work, or anywhere in between.
