How do I switch Aqua One ownership to a different child profile?

If you need to reassign your Aqua One device to a different child, follow these steps:

1. Deactivate the Aqua One Device

  • Head to your Parent Dashboard and go to Settings.

  • Tap on Manage Devices and select the option to Deactivate Aqua One.

  • Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the deactivation process.

Once this is done, the Aqua One device will be reset to function as a normal device, and all monitoring services will be removed.

2. Prepare the Device for Re-Onboarding

To enable monitoring services again and set up the device for a new child:

  • On the Aqua One device, go to Settings > System > Reset Options > Erase all data

  • This will bring the device back to our factory settings and make it ready for onboarding.

3. Start the Onboarding Process

Once the device is reset, you can set it up for the new child by following the onboarding steps as if it were a new device.
