Follow these steps to get things back on track quickly.
1. Restart Your Device
A quick restart can fix temporary glitches. Power off your phone and wait a few seconds, and turn it back on.
2. Clear App Cache & Data on your Aqua One
Go to Settings > Apps > [Select App] > Storage > Clear Cache/Clear Data.
3. Update the App
Outdated apps often crash. Head to your app store and check for updates.
4. Check Your Internet Connection
Some apps need a solid connection. Ensure you're connected to stable Wi-Fi or mobile data.
5. Reinstall the App
Uninstall and reinstall the app from your app store to fix corrupted files or bugs.
6. Check for System Updates
Apps may crash if your OS is outdated. Go to Settings > Software Update to check for any updates.
7. Ensure there is enough storage on your child's Device
When your child tries to access apps with not enough storage available, a screen will prompt them to delete items (photos, videos, apps, or files) until there is enough for monitoring to begin again.
