2. Update Devices and Apps
Make sure both the phones and the Family Link app are up to date. Check for updates in Settings and the Google Play Store.
3. Check Google Accounts
Confirm that the correct parent account is logged in on your device and the child account on theirs.
4. Reinstall Family Link
