Live chat on your Parent Dashboard: Visit app.cyberdive.co on your mobile browser or through the Cyber Dive app. Tap the chat bubble to connect with a live agent. This is the fastest way to get help and is available during business hours.
Support ticket via chatbot: If live agents are unavailable, you can submit a support ticket through the chatbot on the Parent Dashboard or on cyberdive.co. A member of our team will follow up with you by the next business day.
