Update Your Account Phone Number

To update the phone number linked to your Cyber Dive account, go to Settings in your Parent Dashboard, tap Update Profile, and select Update Phone Number.

If you need to update the phone number associated with your Cyber Dive Parent Dashboard account β€” for example, if you've changed your personal phone number or switched devices β€” you can do this easily from within your dashboard settings.

How to update your account phone number

  1. Open your Parent Dashboard at app.cyberdive.co or through the Cyber Dive app.

  2. Go to your Settings page.

  3. Tap Update Profile at the top of the page.

  4. Select Update Phone Number.

  5. Enter your new phone number and follow the prompts to verify it.

Your account will be updated immediately once verification is complete.

Why is my phone number important for my account?

Your phone number is used to log in to your Parent Dashboard, receive Nudity Prevention alerts via text, and for account verification purposes. Keeping it up to date ensures you never miss a critical alert and can always access your dashboard without issue.

What if I've lost access to my old number?

If you no longer have access to the phone number on your account and can't log in, contact our Customer Care team through the chatbot at cyberdive.co. An agent will verify your identity and help you regain access to your account.
