Delete Your Cyber Dive Account Data

To permanently delete your data from Cyber Dive, go to Settings in the Parent Dashboard, tap Update Profile, and select Delete Account — this action cannot be undone.

If you wish to delete your personal data and account, follow these steps:

1. Delete Account

  • Log in to your Parent Dashboard and navigate to Settings.

  • Tap on Update Profile.

  • Scroll to the bottom of the page, where you'll see the option Delete Account highlighted in red.

2. Complete the Deletion Process

  • Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your decision and complete the process.

3. What Happens After Deletion?

  • All your personal data and Parent Dashboard data will be permanently deleted.

  • Your Aqua One device will be deactivated and will function as a normal phone without our monitoring software.

If you change your mind later, you can set it up our monitoring services anytime with these instructions.

*Important: Only the primary parent can delete a child's data.

Is account deletion permanent?

Yes — deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. All monitoring history, Instant Replay recordings, and account settings are erased. Any shared dashboard users will also lose access immediately. If you're unsure, you can deactivate monitoring from Settings > Manage Devices without fully deleting your account, which preserves your data while stopping active monitoring.
