Why Is My Parent Dashboard Not Updating?

If your child's Aqua One dashboard data is delayed or not updating, check their internet connection, device storage, and restart the phone — or contact Customer Care for help.

  1. Is the Aqua One Connected to the Internet?
Make sure your child's device is connected to WiFi or mobile data. No internet means no monitoring. This data can't be recovered.

  2. Have You Tried Restarting the Device?
When in doubt, reboot! Sometimes, a quick restart of the Aqua One can fix tracking issues instantly.

  3. Is the Storage Full?
If the Aqua One's 128GB storage is nearly full, it may stop recording activities. Your child won't be able to access apps during this time, and will have a screen appear when opening an app to clear storage to restore app usage and monitoring! Clear some space to keep the monitoring on track.

  4. Google One provides additional cloud storage! (beyond the free 15GB) that can be used for Google Photos, Drive, and Gmail. Plans start at 100GB, and you can access this storage across multiple devices.

What if none of these steps fixes the issue?

If you've checked internet connectivity, restarted the device, and confirmed there's enough storage, but the dashboard still isn't updating, contact Customer Care directly through your Parent Dashboard. Tap the chat bubble, and a live agent will investigate whether there's a sync issue on our end and get things working again as quickly as possible.
