Please make sure the Aqua One is connected to a strong network signal first, as this could prevent the phone from unlocking!
Ensure your child is following the below steps.
Connect to the internet.
Tap the three dots in the top right corner.
Tap "Send Unlock Code" on the lock screen.
Give them the code to unlock the phone.
If needed, tap "Resend code".
If your child's phone won't unlock after Nudity Prevention lockdown, please reach out to our Customer Care team!

Can my child still make calls while the phone is locked?
Yes — even when the Nudity Prevention lock is active, your child can still make and receive phone calls. This is intentional so they can always reach you or emergency services. The lock only restricts access to apps and the rest of the phone's functions until you unlock it from your Parent Dashboard.
