Blocking Contacts:
You cannot block contacts from the Parent Dashboard on Aqua One directly.Like any other phone, your child can directly block contacts from their phone.

Monitoring Calls:
Currently, you cannot monitor call logs or phone calls on your child’s Aqua One due to privacy laws.
Text Monitoring:
While you can’t monitor calls, you can view all text messages and group messages in any app, even if they delete them. This includes any images or files sent! And that it’s messages in any app, not just the native texting app.
