How Do I Unlock My Child’s Device After a Missed Payment?

Simple steps to update your payment and get your device working again

If your child’s Aqua One device is locked because a payment didn’t go through, don’t worry—it’s easy to fix. Once the payment issue is cleared up, the device will unlock and work like normal again within 12 hours. Nothing is lost, and you don’t need to set anything up again.

Here’s how to get started:

  1. Go to this link to change your payment method: [Click here to log in]

  2. Log in using the same email you used when you bought your Aqua One.

  3. You’ll get a confirmation code by email or text. Enter that code to finish logging in.

  4. Once you’re in, click on the “Subscriptions” tab.

  5. Find the subscription that’s active and click on it.

  6. You’ll see a little gear icon (it looks like a settings wheel) on the right—click it.

  7. Now you can add a new card or update your payment information to pay any outstanding balance on your account.

After we confirm your payment has gone through, the device will unlock. That’s it!
