Understanding Payments and Warranty for Your Aqua One

Updated over 2 weeks ago

Payment Options and Managing Your Aqua One Purchase

Does Cyber Dive Offer a “Buy Now, Pay Later” Option?

Yes! When purchasing your Aqua One, you can create a payment plan at checkout that works best for you. The process is quick and secure, and lets you pay over time rather than all at once. Your first payment is made at checkout, and the rest is split into equal installments.

There are no hidden fees or subscriptions. You can choose between two plan options: $180 per month for 6 months, or $50 per month for 24 months with recurring payments.

What to Do if You Believe You Were Charged Twice for an Aqua One Order

No problem! If you think you were charged twice, we’re here to help you sort it out quickly.

Just head to your Cyber Dive Parent Dashboard by visiting app.cyberdive.co on your mobile device or log into our app to connect with our live customer support team. We’ll review the details and issue a refund to the card linked to your account if applicable. It’s a quick fix, and we’ll have everything sorted in no time!

How to Change Your Payment Method for Recurring Payments

If you purchased an Aqua One device with a payment plan, you can update your online payment method anytime. Just log in to ClickFunnels using the email you used at checkout. Enter the confirmation code sent to your email or phone. Once logged in, click the “Subscriptions” tab, select your active subscription, and click the settings wheel. From there, you can add and save your payment method. For help, contact our support team.

Subscription vs. Ownership: How the Aqua One Works

Is the Aqua One a Monthly Subscription Service?

The Aqua One is not a subscription-based product but an investment. For a one-time payment of $999—or through a financing plan of $180/month for 6 months or $50/month for 24 months—you'll receive the Aqua One phone built on the Google Pixel 9 platform, along with full access to the Parent Dashboard. Once it's paid off, the phone is yours to keep and use with any carrier, with no hidden fees or ongoing charges.

Warranty Coverage for the Aqua One Device

Is the Aqua One Covered by Google’s Warranty?

Cyber Dive operates independently from Google services, meaning it is not covered by Google’s warranty. While the Aqua One device is built on the reliable Google Pixel platform with access to Google Play and other features, we offer our own dedicated support and warranty services to keep your device safe and sound. Our warranty coverage includes support availability through our Customer Care team, so you always have help when you need it. This ensures your device is protected with quick and reliable solutions made just for Aqua One users.

Cyber Dive’s Warranty Policy for Aqua One

Our Lifetime Warranty protects your Aqua One and helps keep it working like it should. We’ll fix or replace your phone if there are problems with the speaker, microphone, software, or if the phone arrives damaged. We also cover cracked screens, weak batteries, and forgotten passwords. Just cover shipping to us—we’ll handle repairs and shipping the phone back to you. If the phone is lost or stolen, contact Customer Care within 7 days with a police report, and we’ll help from there.

The warranty doesn’t cover damage caused on purpose, phones that were changed or modified, issues with Google Play or small scratches that don’t affect how the phone works. If you’re unsure whether an issue is covered, reach out and we’ll help you decide what steps to take. Make sure to back up your child’s phone often. If it gets reset and isn't backed up, the data may be lost. Even the little things matter when it comes to protecting your child’s device and data.
