If you believe you've been charged twice for your Aqua One order, don't panic β this is something our team can investigate and resolve quickly.
What might cause a double charge?
In some cases, what appears to be a double charge is actually an authorization hold placed by your bank at the time of purchase, alongside the actual charge when the order processes. Authorization holds typically disappear within 3β5 business days. However, if you see two completed charges on your statement that match your order total, that's something we'll want to look into right away.

Let an agent know you believe you've been charged twice and provide your order number if you have it.
Our team will review the transaction on our end and, if a duplicate charge is confirmed, issue a refund to the original payment method used. Refunds typically appear within 5β10 business days depending on your bank.
If you paid through Klarna or Afterpay
If you used a Buy Now, Pay Later provider at checkout, please log in to your Klarna or Afterpay account to review your payment schedule. Installment-based payments are managed directly by those providers, so any billing questions related to your payment plan should be directed to them. Our team can still help clarify what was charged on our end.
