Keeping your Parent Dashboard app up to date ensures you always have access to the latest features, performance improvements, and security updates. Here's how updates work and what to do if you're having trouble.
How does the Parent Dashboard update?
The Parent Dashboard updates automatically as long as your phone is connected to the internet. For the app version, updates are delivered through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. If you have automatic app updates enabled on your phone (the default setting on most devices), updates will install in the background without any action needed from you.
How to manually check for updates
iOS: Open the App Store, tap your profile icon in the top right, and scroll down to see any available updates for Cyber Dive.
Android: Open the Google Play Store, tap your profile icon, go to Manage apps & device, and check if a Cyber Dive update is listed.
What if the dashboard isn't loading correctly?
If you notice the dashboard isn't displaying properly, the quickest fix is to log out and log back in. This forces the app to refresh and pull the latest version. To log out, go to Settings in the Parent Dashboard and tap Sign Out, then log back in with your phone number or email.
Still having issues?
If the dashboard continues to behave unexpectedly after updating and logging back in, contact our Customer Care team through the live chat on your Parent Dashboard. Our team can diagnose the issue and get things working properly for you.
