Can I monitor phone calls?
No — the Aqua One cannot record or display phone call logs or call content in your Parent Dashboard. This is a restriction imposed by privacy laws, not a limitation of the technology. Recording phone calls without consent is regulated differently from monitoring other forms of digital communication.
Can I block specific contacts from calling?
You cannot block contacts directly from the Parent Dashboard. However, you have two options:
Your child can block contacts directly on their Aqua One, the same way they would on any Android phone (through the Phone app).
Google Family Link offers call and contact restrictions. You can use it to allow calls only from approved contacts.
Can I monitor text messages and in-app messages?
Yes — text monitoring is one of Aqua One's strongest features. Through Instant Replay, you can view all text messages and in-app messages across any messaging platform — including SMS, WhatsApp, Snapchat, Instagram DMs, Discord, and more — even if your child has deleted them. This includes any images or files that were sent or received.
