If you share your Parent Dashboard with a co-parent, grandparent, or other trusted adult, they will not be able to see the videos you've saved, and you won't be able to see theirs.
How does the Shared Dashboard work?
When you share your Parent Dashboard with another person, they gain access to your child's live Online Activity Feed and App List. However, saved content — such as Instant Replay clips you've chosen to keep — is stored privately within each user's own dashboard session.
Why is saved content kept private between shared users?
This design is intentional. Each shared user may have different reasons for saving certain clips — whether for their own reference, to share with a school counselor, or to discuss with a therapist. Keeping saved content private ensures each parent or caregiver maintains full autonomy over what they choose to document.
What CAN shared users see?
Shared dashboard users can see:
Your child's real-time Online Activity Feed
The App List shows installed and recently used apps
They cannot change account settings, review nudity prevention alerts, deactivate monitoring, add or remove other shared users, or access your saved Instant Replay clips.
